Arrive on time
We strive to deliver a great experience for each and every child in our classes. One easy way that parents and caregivers can help is to arrive on time for your class. The transition of the class starting will be much smoother – and it avoids the distraction of a late arrival for the rest of the class. Also, the child coming in late can be apprehensive, especially if it is their first class.
Coach Derek Inc. welcomes all feedback. Please tell us what you like about our program and if you have any suggestions to improve our classes or class offerings.

How you register depends on where your class is held (Location).
Our web site will always have the full schedule of classes for all cities for a given session, but you’ll need to register in different ways for different locations. The location of your class will determine how you register (details below). Additionally, each city and school has its own set of policies, so please refer to the appropriate website if you have questions that pertain to that particular location.

Tuition, Fees, Discounts and Payment
All tuition and fees will be collected at the time of your online registration. Please register early, as classes fill up fast and we will enforce our participate max to ensure the quality of the class. 10:1 or 12:1 Student to coach ratio.
We charge a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25 for every new child.
Sibling Discount: You will receive $10 is off if you enroll more then one child in the same session discounts are not available in all locations.
There is a $10.00 multiple class discount. If the same family unit signs up for more than 1 class in the same session that family unit will receive $10.00 off the 2nd and all other classes registered for in the same session.
If you need to mail your tuition please be sure that you email us first, we have to be sure that we have you registration information. Include your child’s name, class location, day and time on the memo line (i.e. Sally Smith, Alta Vista, Th 10am)
Make Up Policy
Coach Derek Inc. recognizes that your family might miss a class due to vacation, illness or schedule conflicts, and there may be unavoidable circumstances when our coaches cannot teach a class. Since we are an outdoor program, weather can also force us to cancel classes. We have streamlined our make-up policy to ensure that if a make-up is offered it will be completed in the current session:
If you have missed a class, please contact your coach directly. Then look at the schedule online and find an alternate class to attend during the same session. Call or email that coach to confirm there is room in the class for you to do your make up. And go play!
If Coach Derek Inc. must cancel a class (including for rain or inclement weather), we will do our best to offer at least one of the following options:
- We may extend a session by one week (you will be notified)
- We may offer pre-scheduled make-up days during the session (you will be notified and asked to RSVP for these so we maintain our 10:1 student:coach ratio)
- If you are not able to attend a session extension or pre-scheduled make-up day, you can make up as many classes as you’ve missed during that session by contacting the coach of an alternative class you’d like to attend.
No monetary credit will be given for missed classes. Please let us know if you have extenuating circumstances, and we will work with you to find a fair solution for all.
(You will need to attend an alternative class in the session for any and all missed/cancelled classes)
At Coach Derek Inc, we take pride in our customer service and always want parents to be clear about how we process cancellations.
No Refunds | Classes & Camps
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY CAMP, CLASS OR MONTHLY BILLING. WE WILL PROVIDE CREDIT FOR CLASSES AND/OR PROGRAMS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH OR MID-TERM. In such a circumstance, you can apply a credit for future classes, camps or programs.
No Refunds | Monthly Billing
ALL MONTHLY CLASS BILLING is done on the last day of the monthly billing cycle. (All monthly billing is done on the last day of each month.) REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR MONTHLY BILLING stopped mid-month. But parents can opt out of program at any time to stop charges on future months. In such a circumstance, you can apply a credit for future classes, camps or programs.
When signing up, we staff our classes and camps accordingly. If a child does not attend we still have to compensate our staff so you can easily see why refunds can’t be an option.
Private Lesson Disclaimer
Coach Derek Inc reserves the right to reschedule or postpone Private Lessons. It’s our desire to keep all scheduled lessons however at times there are events and programs that will need to take priority.
If your child has never participated in a Coach Derek Inc. class, then he or she can do one trial class after filling out the Trial Class Form This form will be emailed to the coach who teaches the class and you will receive a confirmation email. It is important that you fill this out so we can expect an additional child.
